Eduroam - no connection?
What to do if you can't connect to Eduroam:
Please send a ticket to the LRZ-Servicedesk immediately!
This ticket should contain the following information:
- Reasonable description of the error
- Your computer (Notebook /Mac address + OS)
- Date and time
- Accesspoint (Name/Mac)
- Location (Room + Building)
Please also try to slightly vary your location or to use a different radius zone (radius zones in the MWN (german)).
The following radius zones are generally accessible via an LMU account:
- LRZ identity
- campus.lmu.de
- physik.lmu.de
